Hi
My serum value B12 226 pg/ml, past 1
year ago had 162 pg/ ml so doctor prescribed
3 re-nerve plus injection. My current MMA -
481, active b12- 32, Homocysteine >50, folate - 1.19, ferritin serum 32.3. I have
been facing floating sensation for past 2 years
reduction in libido, pins and needles pain in
palms and feet and some time severe pins and
needle pain in penis after ejaculation
Already visited many doctors don't know which
doctor to visit. My symptoms are not getting
improved come and goes not able to judge what
is happening
Kindly suggest first course of treatment should
it be b12 injection or some other treatment like
oral supplements and also which doctor I have
to visit?
I had a accident, fall from motorcycle at around 30-40 km/ hr on 24 th May 2026
Had some cuts at knee and feeling of chest muscles tightness/heaviness
Couldn’t walk for 2 weeks out of home
Then Visited a orthopaedic
He gave a medicine etodolac + thiocolchicoside
Initial few days were good, but one day suddenly had a panic attack like wanting to throw kicks and hands in the air etc
Stopped tooking those medication
Now the pain in the muscles and knee has all gone , No problem in walking, etc
Clear X-rays
But mind feels restrictive or hesitant while going out
Like the actions I used to perform before bed rest feels very heavy or sluggish on the mind etc.
Doctor, when I practice mindfulness, I am completely unable to achieve cognitive detachment or the witness state. My awareness gets immediately immersed in incoming thoughts. Could this be related to an altered stimulus filtering mechanism or something like a sensory gating deficit? What is your opinion on this, Doctor?
My prolactin was around 150 twice measured at 10 days gap
Doctor suggested to go for MRI pituatary
Findings in my MRI report
"There is an ovoid nodule measuring 6.6 x 8.8 x 5.7 mm (AP x TR x CC) seen in
pituitary gland on left side, which appears isointense on T1, heterogeneously
hyperintense on T2, hypoenhancing on early phase of dynamic contrast images
and intense homogeneous contrast enhancement on delayed images of dynamic
study. Pituitary stalk is deviated towards right side. Imaging findings are
suggestive of pituitary microadenoma. Serum prolactin estimation is suggested"
Now Doctor has suggested me Cabergolin 0.25mg twice a week
Is this good?? Does it have side effects?? Who should avoid this??
I felt a lil dizzy i think next day of consumping it
I also have PCOS other than this
