Hello. From last two years I am frequently getting lower back strain issues specially after continous few days of workout/jogging. Every 6 months I start getting pain in the left side of lowe back just above hip area...which gets bettef after physio session...recenly I visited an ortho doctor and he suggested to take Bio D3 strong & Vitamin D3. My B12 Level is 350 & D3 level is 30. He said these levels should be 600 to 700 (B12) & 50 to 60 (D3). Please advise if these supplements can resolve my issue in longer term and what should be ideal duration to take these supplements?
Any other advise will be appreciated? Thanks

For more than Three weeks , I have tenderness on medial side of left knee .
Also after knee flexion for few seconds or minutes like in a sitting position I get knee pain after standing from that position.
The tenderness is over a bony surface .
I'm worried about the tenderness .what should I do
I had got a chest x- ray done and the radiologist who did the x-ray noticed a curved spine in the back.
I have neurofibromatosis and visible lesions there are some in my lower back as well.
Should I get a proper x- ray done for my back
Is it life threatening or can be managed over time?
