My b12 is 155 Iron is 43 Hb is 11.5 Rbc 3.69 Calcium 7.81 ESR 26 Rest cbc, lft, kft, thyroid profile, lipid profile were fine. I took iron and b12 tablets for 20-25 days but there is no increment. I tested for celiac disease too but it's negative. What's causing this burp and low bp? Is it the gut issues or heart issue?
