My doctor prescribed saline infusion sonography to check any polyps . Today is my day 18 , I have appointment on day 20th . I'm Trying to convince. Can I do test now or have to wait till my next period ?

I had tested yesterday on a home pregnancy test and it showed positive but today when tested it is showing me negative. Pictures attached. I had my last period on 5th march and my period cycle is between 33 to 40 days

I took Medroxyprogesterone last month on the 15th got my period on 21st I took 1 tablet for 5 days I haven't gotten my period this month Today is 24th What should I do? Is it normal ? Shall I take the same tablet twice a day again ?
Dytrohope Tablet & Periods
I was undergoing follicular monitoring and was given hcg 10000 injection on 12th April and on 15th the egg got ruptured. I have been taking Dytrohope Tablet (twice a day) from 16th April till now I have my regular periods date on 25th of April, but till now cannot see any symptoms of periods. Does dytrohope table delays periods or do I check for urine pregnancy a week later?
