At this point of pregnancy, you can sleep in any position that is comfortable to you.

At 7 weeks there is no fixed position. Sleep in any position that is convenient.

At 7 weeks, there's no fixed sleeping position you must follow yet. Any position that's comfortable, like your back or right side, works fine for now. Left-side sleeping becomes more helpful from the second trimester onward, mainly for blood flow to the baby, but it isn't essential this early in pregnancy.
Next Steps
Try your right side instead, with a pillow between your knees and another supporting your neck. This usually eases strain from an awkward sleeping posture. A warm compress and gentle neck stretches during the day can help too.
Health Tips
See your obstetrician if the neck pain doesn't ease in a few days, or if it comes with tingling or weakness in your arm.
