Since yesterday she has fever and cold and cough. We are giving ibugesic plus and master as SOS but fever is reaching 102 every 6 hours. Kindly prescribe the treatment moving forward Daughter weight is 20 kg

Sharp bolt / screw type hit head
Hi doctors i was travelling with my 1 year old yesterday there was a sharp bolt/ screw type on sides of auto which I didn't observe he suddenly hit break and my baby hit her head sideways i am assuming she has hit that sharp bolt but she didn't cry she is asusual playful it's been 19 hours since the incident i went to pediatrician sometime back she checked and said she couldn't see any wound but am still worried how long it takes for baby to show up if any serious injury ?

Hi, my daughter is 3 years old (17 kg). She is an active & playful pre- schooler. Off late she has been coughing a lot during her sleep. She is normal during the day, and sleeps well also, but coughs a lot before sleeping, during sleep, and just before waking up. Is this normal or seasonal?? Pls advise
