I am feeling weak and having dizziness since a week now, got few blood tests done but everything was in normal. I have chest pain since 5 days on exertion like when I am brisk walking I get breathlessness along with chest pain on left side of when I climb up stairs. Doctor advised me to do ecg and asked me to show the reports to her but due to some reasons I could not. I have attached my reports can you pls tell me what's in my ecg.

I did anotomy scan at 17 weeks everything seems to be completely normal except the heart related findings. Below are the findings.
