Feeling very nervous like i workout daily like weight training and and light cardio also recently i have done ecg it showed IRBBB is there any problem Attached ecg report also any please tell me what it is?

Chest pain for more than 4 years

Are Normal and I have visited to many doctor and cardiologist also but my chest pain is still there consumed many medicines also can anyone suggest me the good doctor or advice I am very much affected due to this.....

Left upper breast pain

I was totally fine even with 30 bmi. But suddenly one day after gym I feel palpitations (ponding sensation) and immiditately I consult a cardiologist and say all of this and he says it's from anexity ( pr98) and high BP(160/90) he suggests me to lose my weight and give me ECG and ECHO (Doppler). I am a patient of Hypothyroid from previous 9 years now my age is 20. After my result ECG normal and Echo all things are clean but TR- trivial, TRPG- 41mmhg, pr-present , result - normal lv systolic function, Mild pulmonary arterial hypertension. But doctor says don't look at this number all things is fine and give me cliplar la 40 for 20 day and cliplar la 20 10 days but I am very anexious and I seen it's a non curable disease and it had higher mortality, please suggest me what can I do now ...
