Hi I am 24 year male patient i have chest pain for more than 4 years my ecg and echo colour Doppler. But suddenly one day after gym I feel palpitations (ponding sensation) and immiditately I consult a cardiologist and say all of this and he says it's from anexity ( pr98) and high BP(160/90) he suggests me to lose my weight and give me ECG and ECHO (Doppler). After my result ECG normal and Echo all things are clean but TR- trivial, TRPG- 41mmhg, pr-present , result - normal lv systolic function, Mild pulmonary arterial hypertension. But doctor says don't look at this number all things is fine and give me cliplar la 40 for 20 day and cliplar la 20 10 days but I am very anexious and I seen it's a non curable disease and it had higher mortality, please suggest me what can I do now ...
