Hi, On targeted therapy, only palbociclib is available in india with low cost or verzenio also available please? I know ribociclib is only available as imported and its too costly as well. Hi, i recently felt pain in breast, went for ultrasound,it says small vascular fibredenoma, measure 2.5*1.5*1.7, the lesion is wider than tall and has smooth margins with subtle macrolobulation, A quick doppler shows internal vascularity within the lesion, there is no problem tenderness ,the lesion is mobile easily slipping under proble, No focal lesion appreciated in the left breast No dilated ducts are seen No architectural disturbance is noted Both axillae appear unremarkable Small vascular fibredenoma in right breast Is it anything to worry,or can I leave it as it is?
