Hi Doctor, I’m a 20-year-old male and would like some guidance regarding a few symptoms.
For the past 7 days, I’ve been urinating quite frequently, around 8–9 times within 12 hours. Sometimes, even after urinating, I feel the urge to urinate again shortly afterward. I’ve also noticed that I’m more thirsty than usual and have been drinking water more frequently.
For the past 2 months, I’ve also been experiencing persistent fatigue/tiredness. My sleep doesn’t feel completely refreshing, even when I get what seems like enough sleep, and I often feel the need to take a ~1-hour nap during the day. I initially thought this was due to sleeping late,but the tiredness has continued even after I started going to bed earlier.
I’m also currently being treated for acne.My dermatologist prescribed Doxt-SL, which I’m taking as directed:Twice daily after food for 2 weeks
Then once daily 4 weeks.
Today i got my report and my
VITAMIN D 8.9 ng/mL
B12 348 pg/mL
Iron 48.16 ug/dL
Transferrin saturation 14.3 %
Ferritin 100.8 (though i have currently cold)
Esr also high 15

Hi, My Vitamin D level was 28 (insufficient), doctor prescribed 60,000 IU weekly for 8 weeks.
After taking 3 doses, I noticed my heart rate goes above 100 bpm for 2-3 days after each dose.
Should I stop this and switch to a lower daily dose instead? Please advise. Thanks

I have some problems that i can't swallow tablets
.I consulted many doctors but they gave tablets that too extended release type .
Ultrasound is normal...
In urine culture ,few pus cells seen but no growth .m
Why it's happening ..pls help to overcome
My ferritin levels are at 8.1 ng/ml
Last year it was 12. But I was not prescribed any supplement as my hb was 12.4. I again did ferritin test by myself.
I am 28 years old.
I am having a lot of fatigue, dizziness, palpitations, anxiety and a high pulse rate, it's been a month and I am not able to do basic functions. I don't have the energy to leave my bed.
Please suggest a good supplement. I am extremely tired and weak. Please help.
