Have pain in lower back from quite some time, now it has worsened, pains while i walk, cough, sneeze, bend, pick something. Pain radiating to legs and feeling weak. No numbness in inner thigh, groin and bowel movement. Just pain in lower back, around tail bone and side delts. I want to fix it at the earliest and need a solution

I had an ankle twist in April 2026. Then I was fine. But in August I started having pain and consulted the doctor again. Started using tendocare tablets and started physiotherapy as well. I am 16 and had a both-bone forearm fracture on 31 August, which was reduced and treated with a long-arm plaster cast. My recent follow-up X-ray was about 1 week ago and I was told the alignment was fine. Today, at around 4 weeks after the fracture, I moved my whole casted arm from approximately 90° to around 110° relative to the ground. During the movement I felt mild-to-moderate pain in a very small area of the upper forearm/below the wrist, but the pain suddenly disappeared while I was still moving the arm. After that, the previous muscle pain/discomfort around my shoulder also suddenly disappeared, and my hand felt noticeably better. At the same time, the plaster suddenly started feeling less snug throughout the arm, although it is not obviously sliding or rotating. I also notice a familiar nerve-irritation/goosebump or moving sensation when I move my fingers, but there is no persistent numbness or tingling.
