Hello
My father in law (age 75) had been prescribed two medicines separately by two doctors in a short time gap. I wanted to know whether these medicines can be taken together in a day or not. He is facing constant dizziness and loss of sense of balance while walking almost all the time. The medicines are Syndopa 110 and Strocit plus.
Hello Doctor, I had a single seizure in June 2025 and have been taking my medication regularly since then. I have not had any seizures after that. I am planning a trip to Ladakh in a few months, which involves long train travel and high altitude. I want to know if it is safe for me to travel in these conditions, especially considering sleep changes and altitude. Also, could you please guide me on what precautions I should take during the trip, what symptoms I should watch for, and what I should do if a seizure happens while traveling? Should I carry any emergency medication or take any additional precautions? Thank you.

is it safe and effective combination of these two drugs for epilepsy treatment ?
Doctor, I am experiencing a daily sleep disturbance. Every morning between 3:00 and 4:00 AM, I wake up with a distinct feeling of heaviness and numbness localized to the back of my head. The sensation is quite disruptive and prevents me from getting a full night's rest. I have noticed a specific pattern: when I wake up and transition from lying down to a seated position, the heaviness and numbness start relieving slowly and after around 1 hr I start feeling better. But if I sleep try to sleep just after getting up that head heaviness remains there.
