Hi doctors My shoulder orthoscopic surgery for bankart leasion had done 7 months ago and iam continuously using tablets as suggested by doctors i.e pain killers and also daily doing sometimes physio exercises.. But improvement is only around 75% . Not able to freely do hand moment's still feel like stuck . And stiffness. But last week stopped painkillers and my shoulder gets heavy pains and iam unable to lift hand also . Why is this happening . I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis issue, have tried almost everything, Hot-Cold bath for foot, painkillers, rolling foot over cold bottle, vitamin D, Collagen supplements, even took, nervite(for nerve pain). I have consulted to 2-3 doctors but still the issue remains also with plantar fasciitis pain, now i feel pain on the back of my heel, a bit of burning sensation as well. The pain reduces with rest but comes back after slight activity. Is there any permanent relief solution to this or not? Does prp works in this case?
My wife is 36 years old and has had persistent right-sided pain for more than 10 months.
