I had an ankle twist in April 2026. Then I was fine. But in August I started having pain and consulted the doctor again. Started using tendocare tablets and started physiotherapy as well. But still I'm having slight swelling and pain. Now I have taken mri yesterday and attached reports here. What should I do next steps and please tell me treatment plan
I have right knee pain..i took mri..i shows i have strains in my knee and swelling in both knee..its paining a lot..only my right knee is paining..my age is 34..weight is 55kg..height is 159cm..I m unable to stand for 5 mins and walk for 5 mins..pain is unbearable..currently not taking a medicine..what do i do know?? Pain lower bank difficulty in stretching bending and lying down. No heavy object lifting. Sunday had beers and woke up with pain , dry mouth, dry lips.
