I had an ankle twist in April 2026. Then I was fine. But in August I started having pain and consulted the doctor again. Started using tendocare tablets and started physiotherapy as well. But still I'm having slight swelling and pain. Now I have taken mri yesterday and attached reports here. What should I do next steps and please tell me treatment plan

I have pain near my tailbone, but only while sleeping. When I try to change positions in bed, the pain is extremely severe, and I need support to turn over. I’ve had this pain for almost 5 years, but it has become slightly worse after delivery. I don’t have any pain or difficulty while sitting, standing up, or walking.
