Borderline ECG in "30 weeks pregnant"

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and doctor suggested ECG and 2D echo during routine check ups. ECG came out to be borderline. Is there any issue? Attached report for reference.

Lower number of cholesterol

I recently checked my cholesterol levels casually, and all the numbers are very low. Is it okay to have such low numbers, or can it cause any health risks?       My levels are Total Cholesterol: 95 mg/dL  LDL: 44 mg/dL  HDL: 45 mg/dL  Triglycerides: 36 mg/DL.
