Hello doc I have sore nipples, pain in breast from yesterday. i feel my child directly, I do manual pumping as well 3-4 times a day. I dont know when I am feeling this pain. Please guide me

Hucog 5000 in first trimester
I am 9 weeks pregnant. I consulted a obstetrician she suggested me fol123, multivitamin, eterna doxinate and also hucog 5000 injection every week for 5 weeks. Medicines i am okay but dont know why the injections. I feel more tired and nausea after this weekly injection. 3 injections till now i had. I doubt if these injections are even safe. She told me during TVS ULTRASOUND that there is little bleeding around uterus hence these injections will be good. BUT i am doubltful
