Neck problem

My mom is suffering from the survicle problem she has aa pain neck ,head,ear she was eating medicine but donot know which type of exercise should doo to get relief from this problem she wear neck coller also

Anterior pelvic tilt

I am having back pain since a couple of months but i was diagnosed with hyperlordosis a few years back. I go to the gym, lift heavy weights, i am a certified trainer and there is nothing wrong with the form and technique. Can the anterior pelvic tilt be reversed ? If yes what are the exercises and stretches ? I can't stop going to the gyn and just cannot stop lifting weights. So please consider the facts and reply. Thank you

Low back pain

Hello, Few years back i was having lower back pain on my right side. I think it came due to improper lifting or pushing a heavy object. I felt pain after walking long distances and for few minutes in bed. Pain was there for few years. I started physiotherapy for it. It was there after i did physio exercises. Then after i left physio in few months it went away. Now it has completely gone. I can walk long distances with no pain and i cant feel any pain in lower back. Was it a muscle spasm or something else? I never went to any doctor as the pain was always mild. Can i continue gymming exercises?? I am not doing lower back exercises from some time. Should i do those exercises regularly. Please suggest..

Ankle pain

I am having ankle pain from past 4-5 months. It is there when i walk. goes away when i rest and comes back with walking. Pain is at the back of ankle and goes sideways from back if i exert more . it can be felt only in left ankle. Wearing loose shoes can be a reason? Should i wear sleeper's all the time? What can be the reason of pain? Did physiotherapy for a month but pain is still there. Now it has become difficult to walk. Please help..

Burning upper back pain

Hello, I am having sharp burning upper back pain between right shoulder and neck. It is there when i wake up in morning. After doing some upper back exercises it goes away. Then comes back in office or driving. Will it go away with exercises. Should i not worry about it!?? Doing exercises from 1-2 months. Please suggest!?
