Insomnia and anxiety
I haven't sleep last 2 years. I usesd so many sleeping pils. But now I feel very weak. Every night I take sleeping pils . I just want to sleep.
Obstructive sleep apnea with ahi 67
After doing sleep study,the report says I am having severe obstructive sleep apnea. Doctor also says I am having left DNS with spur ,bulkypalate in phaynx and grade 3 tonsils.Doctor is suggesting to go for surgery. Want to check if surgery is the best option in this case
Irregular sleep
I think my body clock is all messed up. I am unable to sleep the entire night. Once I sleep it hard to wake up. I do not wake up even after 9 hours of sleep. Also my sleep is very very deep. I can sleep through an earthquake.
Sleeping problem
