Sleeping problem
While sleeping i feel like my body is moving...mainly legs but when i try to wake up it is hard.but when i somehow wakes up i find that the body was not moving.What is this?? Why is this happening?

Hi... this is called Sleep paralysis... It has no long term  complications. It is frightening to go through this. Kindly meet a psychiatrist to get to know the details and learn about sleep hygiene. It may be caused by stress too. Medications also help to certain extent. It increases during stressful periods in life.
