Hi i am 21 years old, i have been facing lower back pain since 6 months. My MRI reports show that "there is a loss of lumbar lordosis, bulging disc between L4-L5 and L5-S1, and there is an annular tear in the disc too". I Have been doing many exercises like the McKinsey technique and other backward bending stretches. I dont feel any improvement and now its even hard to sit for few minutes without support, it is stopping me from playing sports and other regular work, please guide me with the dos and donts and other useful things so that we can chat privately ! Thank you
