I am suffering from isolated ligament (pcl) injury.
Doing regular exercises for quard from two years.
I can feel some laxity and knee buckling if exercises are skipped for a day or two.
Ligament is intact but loosely attached.
I am in constant pain each and everyday.
Nothing is effective.
Pain and stiffness is there when i start to walk. Muscles gets tighter after some time and pain becomes less.
As soon as i rest and start a walk again i feel stiffness .
Upper bone pressing on lower one and joint pain kind of felling is there all the time.
Will it ever heal??
Should i do a complete bed rest for a month !?
How to minimze the pain!?
I am not looking forward for surgery.
I can do all possible exercises for it.
I got sprained my ankle by falling from stairs 3 months back and still I am not comfortably walk.90% percent pain reduced but the other 10% is irritating..can't walk freely..can't down the stairs normally..ortho said it's ligament teared and was in aPOP for 6 weeks and 2 weeks with elbow stick.done with one week physiotherapy ..please tell me what can I do
