I have been experiencing alot of pain in chest in the left side close to heart, i checked my bp twice and it was close to 160 and cholesterol was 233. i started taking medicine for cholesterol but then i visited another doctor and he stopped my cholesterol medication and started bp medication but still the pain is there and i have started losing my concentration in almost all the daily activities because of the pain. Pain and heaviness

Doctor, I breath short all the time. There is numbness in my hands, legs and brain. When I lie down and turn towards my right, there is a pain in my heart. When I turn left I feel heaviness in my heart along with a bit of pain. All the time I breathe short. I am not able to sleep properly and as a result I feel drowsy all the day. Therefore I would request you to tell me what should I do like which testing I should go for and what could be the possible reasons for my problem. Thanks.

Chest Pain

Hi, I think I'm suffering from Precordial catch syndrome (PCS) - this is a self diagnosis that I've come to based on the following symptoms that I've observed - 1. Isolated events of chest pain without any specific pattern or any triggering agent. 2. When pain occurs, it causes inability to take deep breaths 3. It goes away in under 1-5 min But based on my online research PCS is accompanied by a bubble pop kind sensation in the end which leads to relief, but in my case relief just comes by - rest all the symptoms seem to be consistent. Is there anything I should get tested or checked to be sure - what else can I do in this case? Or to how else I can be sure of the diagnosis and rule out the possibility of any other problems.
