So i had gout 6 months ago i followed all the medication told by my doctor, I had swelling around my big toe area which is then Reduced to 95% and my big toe got painless, movement became normal also I had normal uric acid level after the lab test But since those 6 months I still have that remaining 5% painless non red swelling in my big toe what to do now

Doctor advised me to get my right knee mri done as it was hurting a lot. He told me earlier that I have the beginning of arthritis. Hi doctors My shoulder orthoscopic surgery for bankart leasion had done 7 months ago and iam continuously using tablets as suggested by doctors i.e pain killers and also daily doing sometimes physio exercises.. But improvement is only around 75% . Not able to freely do hand moment's still feel like stuck . And stiffness. But last week stopped painkillers and my shoulder gets heavy pains and iam unable to lift hand also . Why is this happening .
