Im 18 weeks pregnant and in my last scan my cervix length was about 2.8 cm. My doc said that the cervix is a little short and should be able to carry full term as in my last pregnancy i delivered at 38 weeks. He has not asked me for cerclage till now. I have been put on duvadilan retard twice a day. What precautions should i take? Can i go out normally for lunch and dinners or should i rest at home full time?

I have these intense painful cramps during periods If I don't take medicine it lasts for a complete day which is too unbearable for me. I also use a hot water bag but it doesn't help me.
