Me and my gf had sex yesterday night and while wearing the condom i wore it from wrong side and then immediately flipped it and wore it correctly and had sex is there chance of pregnancy and what should we do? Calcium dosage during 5th month of preg
I am in my 5th month of pregnancy and cannot consume milk or dairy products due to lactose intolerance. My doctor has prescribed only 250 mg calcium per day. Is this dosage sufficient during pregnancy, considering I don't consume dairy? What is the generally recommended daily calcium supplementation?

Me and my partner had unprotected sex on 27th october, although I did not put semen inside the vagina, pulled out before. She took ipill on that night for prevention.
