Stomach Pain

Hello. I would like to consult you regarding an upset stomach. Last night, I had a veg-loaded pizza and a coconut shake. A few hours later, I experienced severe stomach pain followed by a bowel movement. I am still feeling a slight pain in my stomach now. I took one Sporolac tablet last night. Could you please advise me on what I should do next and if I need any further medication
