Left side chest pain pricking sensation

Hello, today while I was doing my early morning walk, after 15 mins my heart rate went upto 170 , it worried me I felt panicky and sat down for a min and went back home. It started to lower as I reached home and sat down. Note that I am not a very fit person I started going to walk after 3 months of break. What can be the diagnosis of this ?? I also have anxiety issue, I constantly worry about my heart.

Have started doing workout, but since yesterday have been feeling little light headedness. After childbirth had this problem but resolved. Is very stressed out and emotional. What should I do ?
