Dr,given rapid vicryl absorbable sutures... it's been 2 months their are granular bumps seen in outer ridge of his private part these bumps are not increasing in size and the child feeling pain when it gets touched these granular structures are not flattening thats y we r worrying .... I am feeling burning sensation and irritation before and after urine pass. I have done urine examination that came normal and I had USG of KUB that was also normal. Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from erectile dysfunction for the past 6 years. It started immediately after an incident during which I heard a "pop" sound followed by a sudden loss of erection. Since then, I have not regained normal erections or regular morning erections, and my quality of life has been significantly affected. I underwent a routine penile ultrasound in the flaccid state, and the report was normal. Based on this, the urologists I consulted advised that a dynamic penile Doppler is not required and suggested that my problem is more likely psychological than physical. However, because my symptoms started suddenly after that incident, I am concerned that there could be an underlying physical cause, such as a vascular or nerve injury. As my previous urologist prescribed me FARONEM and URISPAS for 8 days and I got relief but then he stop my medicine for prostatitis i asked him he said no medicine is needed and now my current urologist prescribed me alfusin and said no need of antibiotics because you have taken already she said to wait is any symptoms are there I am suffering from a feeling of sudden urine release or like something is running down from bladder to urethra it's so discomfortable i always have to be sure that it is not a leakage and there is no fluid please someone tell what to do
