Small bumps on Pennis shaft
I’ve noticed around 5–6 small bumps on the shaft and underneath the penis. They don’t hurt, itch, or produce any discharge. I feel like the number of bumps has been increasing recently. I’d like to know what they are and whether I need any treatment

I'm experiencing hair thinning, i think it's stage 3 or might be 4, I haven't used minoxidil till date...i have tried every oils like mama earth onion oil, bare anatomy hair serum, rosemary hair spray, rosemary essential oil, pumpkin seeds, healthy diet snd protein rich diet also no fair effects seen....so should i use Minioxidil?
