My child is four year old. He has cough and he is having little bit temperature which is continuously fluctuating in if I check once it will show 100.3 degree Celsius and immediately I if I reset it or if I change the thermometer and check it will show 99.5°c should I give paracetamol to him or I should not give it please suggest and why it is happening please tell me?
My 8.5month old baby refuses every food and she is under weight (6.3kg at 7month) already tried several flavours, textures, methods. I am totally frustrated and facing ppd.
