I am a 35-year-old male-to-female crossdresser. I want to transform into a very hot and sexy feminine figure without any kind of surgery. My aim is to have a bra size of 36C, 28-30 size waist, and a 40 size wide full hips. Can you please help me with natural nutrients, food, medical supplements (Female Hormone Supplements if any) that I can take to transform my body into a very vivacious and heavily curvaceous figure. Thank you.
Hello. I am a 35-year-old male-to-female crossdresser. My height is 5 Feet 6 Inches, weight is 82 Kgs. I have a decent petite figure, but have a naturally broader frame - thicker thighs, broader shoulders, arms, and wide feet (Size 9 India). Now, I want to move toward a softer, more feminine appearance. I want to enhance things like – 1. A more feminine body shape (especially around chest, waist, hips, legs, & feet) – More fat in chest and hips 2. Smoother, softer skin with less body hair 3. More feminine facial features & overall presentation 4. A more feminine voice & mannerisms. As of now I am not planning a full transition due to personal reasons. But expressing femininity in my body, appearance, and energy feels deeply important to me. I need guidance on tips, food, supplements / medicines, and also in terms of fitness, grooming, styling, skincare, or voice training. I am very much desperate to be very much feminine and womanly. Truly appreciate your guidance.

I have a fibula head fracture in Right Knee. The doctor advised not to do plaster and advised to use hinged braces. Would it heal without plaster?
