Hey doc, i have ocd so i did frequent intentional coughs. And got bleeding like in august,December 2025 once. Then in january and march 2026 once. Whenever I do not cough I don't get any blood. During feb 27- march 5 2026, i had a cold and cough. At that time I didn't get any blood. Is it normal to get a little streak whenever we cough hard and intentionally many times? I also have a history of smoking from 2019-2022= 3 a day 2024 aug-2026 march= 9 a day. So I was worried that maybe my smoking had caused CA.

I noticed a red small red circular spot on the left tonsil from 5-6 days. There are no other symptoms like fever, no throat pain, no cough. Can you please tell me what could be the cause and whether I need any treatment or it is something that usually go away on its own?

Sometimes the coughing becomes so intense that I even lose control of my bladder while sitting. I want to know if there is any allergy test that can help identify what exactly I am allergic to and how it can be treated.
