My sister is always forgetful she always forgets things. She works really hard on studies but the result are unsatisfactory. She works like a 90% and hardly manages to pass. She is very slow in all her work. Too much behind then her classmates. What can be done to improve her memory and speed? And also she has got lice. Is that causing it. Rashes on face

My baby is 10 months old. Baby had motions few days back for which doc has prescribed bifilac. After using it for 3 days baby started having rashes on her face. Could please suggest me if the rashes are due to medication or could be some other reason ?
