I have endometriosis and chocolate cyst since last 1 year. Doctors gave Dienogest 2mg. Have missed periods for that since October. But cyst size have not reduced since that. Before that if was reducing slightly. Now stopped. Don't know what's the solution to this. Will I have to continue Dienogest lifelong?
My C-section done on 21/03/26, stitches removed on 29th , the scar is look like ok as doctor said, but from Monday she got fever 101.6f, took p650 , next day no fever , from today morning got fever again , Boostim lb 625 , iron and calcium tablet is currently going on, no pain at the moment , no problem in urine too, bleeding increased, before it was 2 pad from Monday onwards need 3 pad using , Is there any thing to worry , why fever is coming??

According to my ovulation tracker, ovulation was expected around March 19–21. On March 30, around 1 PM, I started experiencing abdominal pain, and then I noticed that my period had started. I had bleeding twice during the day, then again around 11 PM the same night. The next day, I had slight bleeding again around 8 AM. After that, there was no bright red bleeding. I only had a small amount of brown discharge once, and then everything stopped. The bleeding was not continuous and was lighter than my usual periods. I am concerned about: Whether this bleeding is normal after taking an emergency pill Whether this could be implantation bleeding Whether pregnancy is still possible in my case
