A heartbeat seen on scan at 7 weeks is a reassuring sign that things are progressing as expected. Not having symptoms like nausea or tiredness this early is also completely normal. Some pregnancies stay fairly symptom-free through the first trimester while developing just fine, so this alone isn't a worry sign.
Next Steps
Keep taking your prenatal vitamins, eat regular balanced meals and stay well hydrated. Your next scan, usually around 11 to 13 weeks, will check growth and look at the nuchal translucency.
Health Tips
Call your obstetrician right away if you notice bleeding, severe cramping or fever before then.
