I am currently 10 weeks 3 days pregnant I used to take dydroboon twice a day since 7 th weeks but i missed my two days of dose since i forgot medicine at home I am returning today but am i safe with pregnancy My 8 weeks ultrasound showed healthy baby with 173 heart beat

You are currently 10 weeks 3 days. Its ok if you missed 2 doses. Don't get stressed. You body is producing progesterone. Dydrogestrone is just an add on support. So if at this point you missed a dose or 2. Nothing will happen
