3D pelvic scan shows few scars
In 2021 Hysteroscopy done for septum resection .. And diagnostic laparoscopy done... 2 times Failed IVF Last year.. Natural conception.. Baby heart beat stopped in 15 weeks... Terminated pregnancy by normal delivery and mannual vaccum aspiration done to remove placenta... This year got pregnant.. (Natural conception)... Growth slow down at 6 weeks.. Beta hcg started falling... Recently 3D pelvis scan shows few scars in uterus...hereby attached my scan reports.. Does these scar affect future pregnancy? Or what else to be done... Do I need to do Hysteroscopy again..?

It could be asherman's syndrome if it's scar but if you can share the report or connect then can confirm the finding

Pregnancy till 15wks and heart beat stopped is less likely due to structural problem in uterus. You have to do holistic and imperical treatment. At a primary stage you can do Hysteroscopy to rule out any structural defect. Contact for further treatment.
