Septum uterus
I got my HSG done and there was no mention of septum in uterus, also in MRI and got so many ultrasound done TVS. Also 3D where no mention of septum was there but during hysteroscopy my doc told me that there septum in uterus and she cut that during hysteroscopy. I am suffering from endometriosis and Adenomyosis. Can anyone clarify about this septum issue.

During hysteroscopy there is visualisation of cavity of uterus with the help of a camera. So if your doctor has seen the septum and removed it then it is fine. It would not cause any problem with endometriosis and adenomyosis. For both of these you should start treatment if periods are irregular
