Hysteroscopic septum resection. Further?

Am 25 years old. Around 7 months ago, I underwent hysteroscopic surgery for a septate uterus (uterine septum resection). Since then, my husband and I have been trying to conceive, but I have not become pregnant yet. During my recent follow-up, she mentioned that the septum/partition seems to be forming again and advised me to try to conceive as soon as possible. I have a few concerns and would be grateful if you could guide me: 1. How serious is it if the septum is growing back? 2. Is it safe to continue trying to conceive immediately, or do I need any further treatment or another procedure first? 3. If I become pregnant with a partially recurrent septum, what are the possible risks to the baby and to my pregnancy? 4. Does a recurrent septum increase the chances of miscarriage, preterm delivery, poor fetal growth, or abnormal baby position? 5. Should I undergo any tests (such as 3D ultrasound, hysteroscopy, MRI, etc.) before trying to conceive further? Pls guide.
