HYSTEROACOPIC RESECTION OF SEPTUM UNDER
I am 23 year old n married  58 kg. I get periods by 45 days . After marriage life also continued the same .. 3 months back . We had tried to conceive n got pregnant .. but after 6 weeks got miscarriage  n got  uterus cleaned naturally . Now report says that am having subseptate uterus as well PCOD .. as well doctor suggests after a month HYSTEROACOPIC RESECTION OF SEPTUM UNDER TIVA . .. # currently am focusing on lifestyle to improve for PCOD .. question - should I go ahead for HYSTEROACOPIC TIVA or let it be naturally n try to conceive after 3 months .. please advise safety n precautions future risks etc .

How many years have you been married now? Septate uterus can lead to recurrent pregnancy losses as well. Kindly connect for further advice on the same.
