As soon as I drink water or eat something I'm getting burps immediately, getting stools daily but feels like incomplete evacuation and since 2-3 days my bp is around 95/65. My b12 is 155 Iron is 43 Hb is 11.5 Rbc 3.69 Calcium 7.81 ESR 26 Rest cbc, lft, kft, thyroid profile, lipid profile were fine. I took iron and b12 tablets for 20-25 days but there is no increment.
