Next steps after foracort 400 course

I am 36F and Consulted a doctor in early June for chest discomfort and nighttime coughing. All diagnostic tests were normal, and I received a provisional diagnosis of Cough Variant Asthma (CVA). Later in late June, contracted a viral infection that caused a deep chest rattle. I Completed a 1-month course of Foracort 400 (twice daily) exactly 5 days ago (July 5). The late-June viral chest rattle ('ghar-ghar') and active cough have now stopped. • Current Symptoms: Voice is completely hoarse and cracked. Experiencing a mild, persistent 'sinking' feeling in my chest, especially when exhaling or leaning back on pillows. The chest feels generally uncomfortable and not fully right, though it is hard to explain in words. Of late I am feeling a tiny bit breathless at times (might be due to heightened awareness/anxiety). No classic acidity, stomach discomfort, or hot belches, but the chest discomfort is noticeably more after heavy meals. Can I take foracort agin or what should I do?

BIPAP machine recommendation

My father had pain in right leg and he was unable to move. We took him to doctor in hospital where the doctor asked to get him admitted as it can be a case stroke I don't know why We got him admitted on 1st july they did an MRI and said it is normal Now they said the oxygen level is dropping so they transferred him in MICU Now on 7th july they told us to buy or rent an BIpap machine along with an oxygen cylinder and to hire a caretaker Now i have some doubts Whether they got him admitted because the patient is a retired pensioner and everything is covered under insurance The hospital just started a caretaking service are they promoting it And how do i make sure whether a bipap machine is necessary or not because he had no breathing issues before getting admitted Please help me if anyone can

Persistent right-sided chest pa

Two months ago, I had a severe cough and right-sided chest pain during breathing. A chest X-ray revealed a pneumonia patch. I was treated with 3 days of IV fluids and medications. Now, my cough is completely gone, but the right-sided chest pain has remained unchanged for 2 months. More importantly, I have recently developed new, mild breathing difficulty (breathlessness) which was not present during the initial infection. I am unaware of my current oxygen levels, but initially, SpO2 was 96-98%. Please advise on the next diagnostic steps or if a repeat X-ray is needed.
