Prone masturbation and Mental health
Hi I started doing prone masturbation at age 14 and now I am 20 and have been doing it for almost 6 years. During first 4 years I didn't watch much porn. Recently I have been watching porn a lot ( even though I don't want to). From past 10 months i have been experiencing low libido, decrease in spontaneous erection and erection hardness and no morning wood for 10 months. Recently from 4 -5 months i have switched to normal masturbation but frequency is same 7 times a week . And due to excess watching for porn i have started to get weird thoughts even though I don't want them because of porn and it's contents. Now I think I am starting to look women like only for sexual purpose ( I know it's bad and i don't want to). Due to this thinking I get anxiety and don't speak to anyone and don't get enough sleep. My question is 1) can i recover from the effects of prone masturbation 2) Thoughts due to porn? 3) How long it might take. Age 20

So in my previous post, I had described how I have had a sexual intercourse with a sex worker. I wore the condom right from the beginning to the very end, it didn't break or slip and remained intact. Since I didn't like the whole experience from the very beginning, I already started losing the erection when I was doing the vaginal intercourse. But since it was my first time, I visited a doctor for my peace of mind and he asked me for an STD/STI screening that involved some basic STI screening tests including HIV-1 RNA PCR right within 2-3 days of my sexual encounter. It came negative and my doctor said that there's nothing to worry about and everything is fine. However, if I want I could go through one more follow right after 6 weeks. Should I rely on these tests considering that it was done within 2-3 days only? My anxiety has gone down now but still I'm worried now and then. Please help.
