I have been experiencing severe pain in my foot soles since a couple of months esp. at late night and bed time . I tried hot water , voilini treatment at home but no relief so far. Rest i am a healthy individual with no history of any pathological or any other issues.
I would appreciate anyone of you for guiding me in the right direction as to how to proceed about this problem from here on
I have upper body back pain since 4 month ago...pain is too much when am waking at morning and than pain is less with respect to time...bt now a days pain is too much..pain is more when am bending position like on bike riding and studying ...what kind of home. I am having back pain since a couple of months but i was diagnosed with hyperlordosis a few years back. I go to the gym, lift heavy weights, i am a certified trainer and there is nothing wrong with the form and technique.
Can the anterior pelvic tilt be reversed ?
If yes what are the exercises and stretches ?
I can't stop going to the gyn and just cannot stop lifting weights. So please consider the facts and reply. Thank you
I am having ankle pain from past 4-5 months.
It is there when i walk. goes away when i rest and comes back with walking.
Pain is at the back of ankle and goes sideways from back if i exert more . it can be felt only in left ankle.
Wearing loose shoes can be a reason?
Should i wear sleeper's all the time?
What can be the reason of pain?
Did physiotherapy for a month but pain is still there.
Now it has become difficult to walk.
I am having sharp burning upper back pain between right shoulder and neck.
It is there when i wake up in morning.
After doing some upper back exercises it goes away.
Then comes back in office or driving.
Will it go away with exercises.
Should i not worry about it!??
