Since a month my digestion issue not working fine. in strtng i had tummy pain, gas and acidity that lead to constipation that got better in a few days but post a week i started having loose stool that is better with isabgol. my acidity and gastric issue is better but loose stools in morning is still there. what to do

It gives temporary relief for burning sensation. An ultrasound taken 3 years back mentions, Moderate fatty infiltration of liver and an Echo cardiogram taken 6 months back shows dilation Ascending Aorta 47mm. Taking medicines for BP Concor AM and Rosuvastatin for cholesterol. Do I need to see a Gastro specialist.
I have consulted many doctors and I am now tired of treatment. Over the past one year, I have visited 3 gastroenterologists, 2 dermatologists, 1 neurologist, 1 urologist, and 1 nephrologist. I have done around 5 ultrasounds and 2 full body checkups, but nothing abnormal has been found. However, for the past one year, I have been experiencing a burning sensation on the right side of the abdominal skin. There is no problem related to eating or drinking. Even if I drink tea 4–5 times a day, it does not affect the burning at all. This burning sensation starts in the morning as soon as I wake up and continues throughout the day. It goes away only when I fall asleep at night. When I stay without wearing a T-shirt or shirt, the burning sensation is mild. But as soon as I wear a T-shirt or shirt, the burning starts or increases. This pattern has been repeating continuously for the last 14 months.
