My baby is 10 days old and we mistakenly take 12 ml instead of 10 ml injection. So in total it makes 36 ml in one scoop. She drinks 2/3rd of it. 4 times a day, takes 30% of mother's milk, there are no such urine issue. Is this a big mistake, should we do something?

Hello, my child will be turning 3 years this July. He weighs 11 kg and 93 cm long. He is a very active and smart kid. The reason I am posting here is because I am little worried.
