Ecg report analysis

Hi I wanted to know the ecg report is that normal or any issues in the report please let me know through this

Need Cardiac related suggestion.

Needed suggestion on my blood report mostly on Lipid Profile and Uric Acid. My Uric acid is 8 and Cretinine .81 also, little elevated HSCRP 2.27. I also had little cut near my ankle due to wearing new shoe. It is on the night before I took the blood test ( 12 hours gap max). Please suggest if the HSCRP is elevated because of that ? Because earlier it was around 1.3 Also sometimes I feel little heavyness when lying down but it feels good while standing and pin pain in chest but all of these happens rarely (monthly twice/thrice).
