Two weeks ago my vit d level came to 24.The doctor has given me 60k units of oral vit d shots.I often have pain in my knees, shoulders and back. And the calf also keeps getting tired.Can this ever be okay, doctor? The bones of my hands, feet or waist often crack while I am doing some work.what should I do now ?

I am a 16 year old male. I had a displaced both-bone forearm fracture that was reduced and placed in a plaster cast about a week ago. My follow-up X-ray was checked by the doctor, who said the alignment is fine, with only a little bending. For the last ~2 days after the follow up session, I have had significant tightness and stiffness feeling around my wrist, especially on one side, which feels different from before. When I bend/open my fingers, particularly the little finger, I feel some pain/tightness around the wrist. I also occasionally get brief burning/hot-water-like or nerve-type sensations and a heartbeat/pulsing feeling around my elbow . My fingers are warm, normally coloured and movable, and I do not have constant or severe pain. Could this be swelling, nerve/tendon irritation, or pressure from the cast, and should the cast be checked or adjusted? Also, given my age and isolated arm fracture, is there any need for a blood thinner, or is it unnecessary in my case?
Last year my mother started to have knee pain in her left knee. Took her to an ortho doctor, x ray showed knee osteoarthritis and he prescribed medicines but didn't help much. He suggested surgery but mother wanted to try physiotherapy. She's only had a few sessions but physiotherapy has helped. My query is few months before her knee pain started she was hospitalised for kidney stones. After the stones were removed, doctor changed her diabetic medicines. Instead of taking Cerapin xr 500 during breakfast and dinner he prescribed Trajenta 5 during breakfast and Gluconorm SR 850 during dinner. I read Trajenta 5 side effect can cause joint pain. Can any doctor verify this? My mother doesn't have any visible swelling or redness in the knees.
Hello, From past one month I am experiencing pain in left leg back of the heel region below the heel at back side plus the pain also on the back side of the left side where the joint is located.
