About lvh and lvdd

I am 30 years old and i was suffering from extreme tiredness and shortness of breath when I went to clinic my bp was 160 /100 later 10 days I have done 2d echo and it shows mild LVH and Grade I LV diastolic dysfunction present. Now i feels very tiredness and I exhaust on small walk. Should i worry about this

Lipoprotein a is 70mg/dl and ldl is129

Any problem Please explain me any need medicine please advise me this is importance me I did echo in January month that is normal when I repeat once again test please advise me
